At the end of summer, three friends found themselves in Stockholm, ready to bring to life a project they had been dreaming about and shaping for months from France: opening their own French brasserie.

Julie, our chef, and Léo, our maître d’hôtel, first met at Ferrandi in Paris, where their shared passion for hospitality and good food quickly grew into a lasting friendship. After graduating, they went on to work in some of the finest establishments in Paris and Toulouse, learning their craft and developing their own vision of what a restaurant should feel like.

The person on the left wears a green cap and glasses, the middle person wears a beige cap, and the person on the right has curly hair.

Meanwhile, Théo had a dream of his own: to bring the spirit of a true French brasserie to Stockholm. A place that would feel generous, lively and welcoming. Somewhere people could come for a morning coffee, stay for lunch, meet friends for an apéritif, and simply enjoy being together.

So when the idea slowly turned into a real project, Julie and Léo decided to follow him on the adventure.

After months of planning, countless conversations between France and Sweden, and probably a few too many coffees, the three of them finally reunited in Stockholm at the end of summer.

This time, not just as friends, but to open Rendez-vous together.

And this is only the beginning.
